Urja Yoga Workshop
A three day unique workshop called “Improve your mind power” was organised by the Department of Sanskrit in collaboration with Urja Yoga. In these three days Urja Yoga Founder Guru Ji Shri Prabhu Swaroop Joshi Ji taught our students brain mapping and the seven aspects of life which are given below:
1. Easy tools to manoeuvre through the toughest situations.
2. Yogic methods to get complete freedom from stress.
3. Authentic ways to increase self confidence.
4. Breathing exercises to create absolute health and wellness.
5. Sound meditation by proven scientific methods. Speech therapy was also an integral part of this.
6. Appropriate advice on livelihood.
7. Apt and genuine guidance for girls on matters pertinent to their personal life.
After doing this workshop, participating students are feeling refresh, cool, relax, and more confident. They have developed a higher level of positivity in their life. Now, they are fully focused on their desired goals and demand for at least one meeting with Guru ji in a month for counselling and enhancing their yoga practices.
